The Sub Floor is ready
The sub-floor is 3/8" particle board. It's used the make the floor completely smooth and even. The sub-floor has a unique and time-consuming nail off pattern. Every seam is "stapled" every two inches or so and the rest of the floor is stapled in a 4" square pattern. 27 sheets of 4ft. x 8ft. particle board requires more staples than we care to count.
Naughty Knotty Alder
Don't they look GREAT! The Knotty Alder cabinets will be topped with Granite countertops. (Nice picture Brad)
