It was a cold dark night....Actually it was a snowy day in February when we met Scott at his new home site and staked out Scott and Katy's new house. Located on a beautiful rise outside of Vale, their new home overlooks the scenic valley below, complete with mountains in the background. Banks and weather are the only things keeping the building at bay.
